@kate_selig@Emgusk Your article calling recycling a "myth" for tackling climate change is wrong. Project Drawdown ranks recycling as one of the top 20 solutions. No single solution is a silver bullet. Improved waste management is one of the most important solutions.
@andreforatlanta Has the city considered putting the police and fire training facilities in an old struggling mall like Greenbriar mall or another brownfield instead of in an area slated to be a park / green-space? Distributing the facilities would also be better, politically.
@EvanPAuthor@bmwnick1@SeifertESPN This is likely an issue of small sample size. Truncating and trimming the data might provide a better comparison sample, but make it less likely to find significance. We need to see more complete data. Also, that 1.2% difference in injuries is 25% over baseline.
@SeifertESPN Small sample size and not necessarily complete data, while non-contact injuries are good comparison group, we should see a lot more data, methods etc. Also, the injury rate seems to be around 25% higher for turf... so how can y'all claim that there's no difference!!??

@SeifertESPN Seems like a really small sample size, and turf injuries are consistently higher over time than on grass. Would certainly like to see more raw data, methods, snd p values. From a very basic view injuries were 25% higher on turf than grass in several of the years of study.
Announcing a recent article identifying a 28.5% rebound effect from residential rooftop solar installations. This indicates that almost a third of new electricity production does not offset grid electricity but instead funds new energy services.

@MoxieUSA What's up with your President Solange Claudio illegally cutting down a 150 year old oak tree and illegally putting up 12 ft privacy fences at 405 9th st NE. This is unacceptable to the neighborhood. Executives need to set examples, not get away with flaunting the law.
@smclaudio What's up with illegally cutting down a 150 year old oak tree at 405 9th st NE? And illegally building a 12 foot privacy fence? Stop being a terrible neighbor. You tweet about equity and the environment: hypocrisy much?
