I think the point he is trying to make is that the Japanese accused of war crimes were held accountable for the crimes they committed.

But the Israelis who are alleged to have committed war crimes during the attack on our ship have not been held accountable for their actions.

Neither have those in the US government who have allowed those war crimes to be committed against the United States with impunity.
