@AskSynchrony I've been with Synchrony Bank for many years. I've never had an experience like this or common sense doesn't come into play. Online, it said my interest payment was due by December 21, when I called and they said next month I put the 21st on my calendar.

@AskSynchrony It's pretty simple. I had a promotional balance that was up on December 21. I called to have an extension put on it and they said I could pay the following month. I sent my calendar for January 21 and called in today and was told I only had 30 days and today was the 31st day.

I canceled the order within 30 seconds.
I was told because the restaurant had already started my order I would not get a refund.
