@montie@montie I’m a big fan of the open debate on the @notanother1pod . I note that you are much more partisan and critical (even unreasonable, I would say) on Twitter compared to the podcast. Is that something about the adversarial nature of this place that brings out the worst?
So a patient known to be unable to speak being sent repeated telephone appointment letters. Number to call on the letter is of course not correct. Given an alternative that just rings out. No email address.
This is simple stuff that magnified across the NHS has huge impact.
