@TreeHouseBrewCo how’s the can line looking?

@AirCanada what the hell is going on with your customer service? STILL waiting. Your outfit is the absolute worst.

[Dan HL @Dan_HL]

@AirCanada Hi Abby - we have emailed several times, and were told we’d “hear back in 14 days.” It’s been 21. Instead of me providing additional information, I will DM my phone number, and expect someone to get in touch. This is absolutely ridiculous.

[Dan HL @Dan_HL]

@AirCanada you royally effed my vacation, and it’s been over three weeks since my wife and I have heard from you. Your customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail are downright awful. Own your mistakes, and get in touch.

Late afternoon coffee and I just don’t get along. You think after a solid decade and a half of coffee drinking, I’d have figured some things out by now.
