3/3 Reach out to your friends, let them know you're thinking of them, and remind them its ok not to be ok. Check the link for a day of activities and connectivity. Have a great day!
1/3 #timetotalk and reduce the stigma of Mental Health Conversations. I'll start! Lockdown 3.0 has been the hardest one yet. Living on my own and being isolated from Family, Friends and colleagues is no fun at all.

2/3 I use Music, video calls and gaming to keep my mind occupied, holding out for the day we can all get together again :) I'm lucky though, I'm resilient and know that this is only temporary. For others the trauma of COVID-19 will continue well beyond any lockdowns.
Alongside #SafeguardingAdultsWeek, it is also #selfcareweek and #AntiBullyingWeek.
Looking after yourself and others is at the heart of each of these campaigns.
Don't be afraid to ask: 'Are you okay?'

America, I’m honored that you have chosen me to lead our great country.
The work ahead of us will be hard, but I promise you this: I will be a President for all Americans — whether you voted for me or not.
I will keep the faith that you have placed in me.
Every single time Trump is contemplating or covering up a crime, he accuses the other side of committing it. Understand this and not much will surprise you.
'data has shown that social care workers died at double the rate of healthcare workers during the peak.... and that 19,394 care home residents have died of COVID-19 to date'
Shocking Statistic from the report :(

I've met Darren a few times most notably on the #bighike Darren absolutely personifies how you don't need experience in care to exude our values, and be a great support worker
Think you need experience in care to join our team? Think again.
Darren joined us from the finance industry. Looking to add meaning to his career, Darren was introduced to the role of a Support Worker...and hasn't looked back.
