We passed legislation to at long last reduce class sizes. This is a huge victory for NYC school kids that will provide students with a sound basic education. Combined w/ $1.6B in ADDITIONAL ANNUAL state funding for @NYCSchools, this is a FUNDED mandate!

My New Year wish is for @NYGovCuomo and @HealthNYGov look at the facts and give the approval for HS hockey to start.
1. There is a low amount of contact, <3 seconds, between hockey players during a game.
2. Hockey players are totally covered in protective equipment.
