Imagine watching this and telling yourself “Nice job! Well done! We should reward these barbarians with a state!”

This is what Ireland 🇮🇪, Norway 🇳🇴, and Spain 🇪🇸 did today.

Ben Brosnan walks off the pitch to a round of applause from his team mates after he made his 175th appearance in a Wexford Jersey today. A fantastic servant to Wexford Football 👏

Well done to Ben Brosnan, seen here with manager John Hegarty and Chairman Micheal Martin, on equalling the all-time record of 174 competitive appearances for Wexford in today's match v Tipperary. A fantastic servant of Wexford football.

Fireworks before throw-in at Páirc Uí Chaoimh - apologies - make that SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh. Jackie Tyrrell and Dónal Óg Cusack put the hurling world and the GAA to rights ahead of the league clash between Cork and Kilkenny. #RTEGAA

1 more game to go in the @officialwexgaa SFC and here are who are in pole position in the scoring charts at this stage.

Wexford stalwart Ben Brosnan is set to take home the golden boot while young up and comer Cian Hughes eye for goal has him on top from play 🏐 🎯

Ben Brosnan. That is all.

He scored 1-8, 1-4 from play against Offaly today on the day he began his 15th championship campaign for Wexford. Some man.

[Wexford GAA @OfficialWexGAA]

Congratulations to Ben Brosnan on making his 150th competitive appearance for Wexford senior footballers when coming off the bench against Leitrim yesterday. Fittingly, he marked the occasion with a score. Sincere thanks to Ben for such great service to football for so long.
