@Helenreflects I agree with all, especially as a vehicle for working out ideas/creative writing. Websites and blogs were once considered two distinct categories. That's changed. They merged, even when only linked. One informs the other. Sites alone are static. Blogs are alive. Long live blogs!

@Helenreflects Correct; less singing (and whistling). Pockets of singers still exist, in clubs, choirs, etc... Personally, I'm an advocate for Opera Karaoke, but then I am eccentric. More tech and political divisiveness (by design) = disunity (less singing), and we lose joie de vivre.
