@Tony_Motorsport@BozemanYak@CaudilloXIV The car you drive is an IQ test though
Some people actually choose to buy a make/model/year of a vehicle with known issues that people yell from the rooftops to stay away from
All avoided with 5 minutes of internet research. They they cry when the repair bill hits
One of the tragicomic realities of living in NYC is watching tourists from orderly, high-functioning, high-trust societies like Japan, Singapore, Denmark, Norway, etc. subjected to the primitive, rude, feral, vulgar, violent, lawless, obnoxious, animalistic behavior of blacks on the subway & streets.
They look at you in horrified silence, eyes questioning: “Is this really how it is?”
You can only sigh & nod: “Yeah…”
Do something, literally anything that manages to stoke the slightest bit of interest or excitement in you. Tinker, dabble, discard, doesn't matter the outcome. Point is to get comfortable acting on curiosity. Always be in motion and the compounding momentum will change your life
Your job is to keep the wheels from falling off.
If you slip into a doomscroll session, eat too much, or go to bed late, the worst thing you can do is let that bad behavior be a permission slip for more.
Get back on the horse. The people you envy aren’t machines. They’re not perfect. They probably just snap back quickly. It’s so easy to spiral when the dam breaks, but the best thing you can do is keep the bus from breaking down entirely.
Eliminate the huge swings, if not for the sake of progress, than for your sanity.
the only consistently proven path to success is being completely delusional about your own abilities and refusing to let reality update your priors until the universe eventually gives up and lets you win. every founder who made it was told they were crazy. every artist who broke through was "unrealistic." every person who built something from nothing had friends and family genuinely concerned about their mental state. the "rational" people who "knew their limits" and "had realistic expectations" are all working for the delusional ones now. you literally cannot achieve anything extraordinary while maintaining an accurate assessment of your odds. the math never works. the market is always saturated. someone more qualified is always already doing it. if you actually internalized the statistics you would never start anything. success selection bias means we only hear from the delusion that worked out. but here's the thing - the cautious realistic people didn't make it either. they just failed quietly at things they didn't care about instead of loudly at things they loved. fake it till you make it isn't a hack. it's the whole game. you act like the person you want to become until your skills catch up to your confidence. there is no other way. the gap between who you are and who you're pretending to be is called growth. stay delusional.
What's meant for you will always find you. Whether it's your career, environment, life path in general, the universe will never let you thrive where you don't belong
Job, people, surroundings, everything just feels off. Exactly what's supposed to happen. Force it all you want, nothing's working out. It's not a you problem. It's simply an energetic mismatch
Those somewhat shame inducing thoughts that can't escape you, where you're looking around and thinking "I'm so much more creative than everyone here" or "I have too much swag for this to be the end of my story." That perpetual friction is a sign that life is in the process of rearranging in your favor
There's no way you'll be in this unideal situation forever. Again, universe won't let you. It'll just always find a way to get you out of there. Sabotage, disagreeableness, behaviors that get you fired, disciplined, hated, all of which happen unconsciously. You're not even trying to be like this, but remember, it's the natural effect of energies being aligned
So if you know you're not where you're meant to be or who you're meant to be, just know you won't be there or them much longer. Even if you try your hardest to make it work, it won't. Universe has a different plan for you and will do everything it can to make it happen. Just trust that it'll all work out as it should in due time, and it'll feel so much more effortless than anything you've ever done
motherfuckers love to come in and correct me on my tweets where i list the COUNTLESS benefits that modafinil, bromantane, phenylpiracetam etc have with EXTREMELY low downside risk like
"ummm... ackchually you can get insomnia and you can disrupt your circadian rhythm. this advice is deadly"
motherfucker do you not understand that the only reason we're ingesting this shit is so we can FOCUS EXTREMELY DEEP FOR HOURS ON END in order to make a FUCK TON OF MONEY?
i assure you that if you actually put in some work for a day, you would not have insomnia. it does not matter if you took 200 mg at 7 am or 12 pm, you are KNOCKED OUT FROM EXHAUSTION as soon as your head hits the pillow.
and even if my circadian rhythm gets a little bit fucked up or i forget to eat lunch because i'm so locked in... i don't GIVE A FUCK????
we are here for RESULTS, not stacking pretty biomarkers and NOT DOING ANYTHING WITH THEM
unlike a lot of biohacking mfs, we maintain certain habits and do certain things in order to have more health and energy TO EXPEND
what the fuck is the purpose of doing everything right all the time to achieve peak health and vitality only to... do nothing? go to bed at 9 pm wearing fuzzy socks drinking tea with your ugly wife, making $60k a year?
THERE IS A REASON behind everything we do when it comes to habit optimization, biohacking, the nootropic stack and it is to MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY, FOCUS AND RESULTS
also, do these people really think that IT'S OVER if you get a headache once, miss a night of sleep on the quest for greatness, miss a meal, feel jaded from ENORMOUS amounts of effort?
a lot of people are forgetting that western civilization was built by CHRONICALLY SMOKING ALCOHOLICS who hadn't touched a vegetable or worked out IN 30 YEARS
but yes - please tell me about how my cognitive enhancement stack is unhealthy, will ruin my life and brain chemistry meanwhile you're... NOT DOING ANYTHING
collecting health stats like pokemon cards, but never using them for anything
MOTHERFUCKER there's a solid chance you die 25 years before me just because you got unlucky and got PANCREATIC CANCER.
being serious is good TO A POINT but there comes a point where it is absolutely ridiculous.
i am going to keep focusing on stacking M's, putting up shots at UNPRECEDENTED SPEED in 12-hour deep work sessions and working like a fucking machine on things i love with HUGE UPSIDE AND MINIMAL SIDE EFFECTS FROM MY PROVEN STACK OF COGNITIVE ENHANCERS. scared losers will continue being scared losers.
There’s a certain confidence you unlock when mastering a skill of the body.
Never seen a person who can dance smoothly and fluidly lack confidence.
Mobility and flexibility let’s you wear your own skin more.
Finite skills requiring dexterity always come with calm, cool, and a collected demeanour.
Fighters gain confidence not because they can beat people up, but because they know themselves and the nuances of their body more intimately.
You relax into your own flesh.
Nervous system relaxed because you’ve trained it into a synergy w/ your mind.
You notice how rare that is. How much mastery goes into it.
Most are utterly disconnected from their body, they are aliens in every step they take.
when i realised nobody knows what they're doing. it's idiots all the way up. you don't need permission, or qualifications, or expertise. you can literally just do things.
be a polymath engineer.
specialize enough to build. generalize enough to see.
the edge comes from stacking domains that don’t normally sit together:
> control theory + embedded
> mechanics + algorithms
> electronics + systems thinking
> physics + intuition
> design + engineering
> math + manufacturing
> biology + robotics
> materials + computation
every added discipline expands your solution space.
every cross-connection increases your leverage.
a polymath engineer isn’t someone who “knows everything.”
it’s someone who refuses to operate inside one mental box.
you read widely, think structurally, and build across layers of reality; from first principles to final product.
the world is converging: robotics, energy, autonomy, infrastructure, AI.
the winners won’t be narrow.
they’ll be integrators.
they’ll be translators between domains.
they’ll be polymath engineers.
If you want to understand how lonely people are today - talk to a stranger at a place you visit on regular basis.
Gym. Cafe. Grocery store.
Remember name.
Be authentic.
Hit cross-section of interests.
Every time you see them thereafter: Face lights up. Eyes widen. Smile breaks.
Bar has never been lower to be a social unicorn.
You need to be consistently exposing your mind to thoughtful and complex ideas, from minds more advanced than your own.
Think about the kinds of conversations that most people have. The overwhelming majority of the content they engage in (content meaning both ‘online content’ and content sum total of information) consist of complaining about their personal problems, gossip, and whatever other irrelevant trite bullshit their attention is being siphoned into that day.
Most people live and breathe at a 4th grade reading level.
Just like how your muscles only get bigger through consistently challenging what they’re capable of … the same is true of your mind.
You must frequently absorb yourself in the works of advanced thinkers, and to allow higher teachings to touch your heart and transform your mind. Expose yourself to ideas that challenge your current perceptions and ideas that demand more of you.
STAY IN THE ORBIT OF BRILLIANCE.
Stagnation is death. The cost of staying the same far outweighs the cost of growth. Devote yourself to becoming more and transcending prior limitations.
Honour God and creation itself by your resolute commitment to evolving beyond and past your current self and transcend what was.
There is just something about pen and paper that feels ancient, like a distant blood memory. It also happens to be the biggest anti-thesis to the digitized world.
It’s ridiculously versatile, a blank page is like a piece of marble waiting to be craved into something magnificent.
It’s also real, as it exists in our world. It’s not trapped inside a disk, hiding behind a screen. It has weight and physicality.
Put down your phone, pick up a pen and a piece of paper, and just write something, draw something, anything.
It is a skill worth preserving.
In a society on the ascent, everyone dresses up. Just look at pictures from the Gilded Age: out in the street, even in the poor areas, everyone is in a suit. They wanted to show they were bettering themselves, had dignity, etc.
But ours is a decadent society on the decline, so far from dressing up, everyone dresses like a slob, mimicking the worst among us so as to give the impression via sweatpants and oversized t-shirt that one is no better than his fellows. It's egalitarianism as applied to dress
Represent the hierarchy you want to see in the world; dress well, and encourage others to do likewise
The core male fantasy is making shit infinitely more complex than it has to be in subconscious hope that the mountain, when conquered, is large enough to numb/fill the empty void
Raw truth is that almost nothing you do will be complex enough to fill what needs to be filled with “proper directionality”. Especially if it’s level 1 of “your dreams”. That first rung is usually really basic shit - and the “ground war” is just getting out of your own way to literally just do the steps/thing
Sadly the shit u want (when thinking small) is so easy to do/get that u actually avoid it because ur afriad of it being what it actually is - which is basically nothing impressive. Just a very empty, boring thing, done consistently, and you have it. It’s just that. It is what it is
The fullfillment comes not from the thing itself - but from the standard of your own performance metrics being met in a lane that matters to you. win is a win if you stretched yourself & scored in the right game. And that’s the problem with thinking small - you don’t have to stretch yourself to do any of it, and it’s always in the wrong game. The game for U isn’t small. And if you don’t have to stretch, you don’t ACTUALLY want it
Core Issue for most is most shit they want while they are thinking small won’t stretch them, because it’s in the wrong direction. Its litrly “too easy” (from a spiritual POV), which makes you not care, because u don’t actually want that thing - u want a different thing, which manifests as abstract emotion. This is why dudes randomly start running marathons. Has nothing to do with anything other than pushing themselves without an outlet for it to go. But they actuually DO have an outlet (as we all do, given by God himself) but because they are too afraid of the ACTUAL OUTLET, the desire to because stretched (pause) has manifested as “running a marathon”. Their soul has been so disconnected/cutoff/surpressed that THAT was their answer - pushing physically where a spiritual push needed to be. My dreams? Of course not! I don’t have any! I can’t remember them! Marathon? Yes!
But here is point - many KNOW they are thinking too small but can’t get the spark to ignite. Because of this, they try to think BIGGER - but that does nothing
Thinking SMALL isn’t due to you not thinking big - it’s due to you thinking in the WRONG DIRECTION. It’s “of the wrong lane”
Solve the directionality problem for your life (life design) - and your natural monstrous/grandiose thinking will open up like it never even left
“Have the courage to turn and face the truth, and the water will once again flow”
U dont give a fuck about it cuz it wont stretch you. It wont stretch u cuz its totally wrong fucking lane.
the right lane is when the work/grind feels Strong/exciting. Your body naturally leans INTO the stretch, not away from it
Proper design/foundation = $$ 👍
become a modern polymath
study maths. lift weights. build robots. write code. read physics. design systems. learn AI. draw what you imagine. fix your mind. get your body strong. think deeply. build wealth. understand nature.
master engineering, philosophy, and yourself.
do it because you love building; not because you want applause.
Full sending should lowkey freak u the fuck out. Ur body should respond to it
U have to abandon every caution signal and just fucking launch. At first u freak
The fuck out but then u view it as the only fun thing to fucking do. Only thing thats worth the effort is the rush of just chadlaunching your whole being into it. ZERO part of you not in. A FULL SOUL commitment. You ENTIRELY IN.
Might not work? FUCK IT. I’M FULLY IN.
Uncertain? FUCK IT. I’M FULLY IN.
Throw ur self in fully & that ride will make u feel more alive than anything you’ve probably ever done. Fuck being 1 foot in/1 foot out. Fuck a backup plan. Fuck “doing it safely or intelligently”. Soul in, glasses on
@argon_delta you'd be surprised by how much can get done when you ACTUALLY work at 99% efficiency with zero distractions for an entire day
can literally get more work done in a day than most do in a week
Never doom really is the key. Fake it til you make it, believe in delusion, in your prosperity. Selfishness is good. When you do well others do too. Train your brain muscle and drop the negativity.
Seriously, I doomed myself through lockdowns. Nothing great happened from it. I forced myself to believe in the good every single day, trust God, be clear on life’s mission. And everything became only greater and continues to do so.
Life is a state of mind, whatever you think off gets reflected. Get out in the world and focus on the great things. Connect with great people. Allow for great experiences.
