If Riot wanted to run their own events and invitiationals then no one would care. But they are strong arming other games out of a shared space.

@blingblingboyy1 @TheFGCentel The system makes no sense, my duo and I who have about 60 total games in 2xKO between us; played and went 2-3 in placements, got placed in Emerald and then our first match was against a guy named "BobaTeam#2XKO" who was top 10 on the leaderboards at the time and Challenger rank.

@SQuirrel147 SF6 just has constant pressure from getting whiff punished into a 30-50% combo, eating a poke into 30-50%, etc. Even blocking means you are just losing drive gauge and delaying the inevitable. Its kill or be killed in the Streets.

@SQuirrel147 like the best case scenario for getting clipped in SF6 is that you get thrown which does a little damage and resets you into the same situation, worst case scenario you get shimmied or whiff punished and take 50%, and this is just on the OKI/wakeup side of things.
