I wrote about this years ago for the Amhara people in Arsi to organize and defend themselves against the #AmharaGenocide. No one listened the genocide continues. This will continue until they organize like AFNM Bizamo Fano.

⚡️Reports from across Amhara Region (📍Ethiopia) indicate that transportation and commercial activity remained largely at a standstill for a fourth consecutive day, with major cities including Debre-Tabor, Lalibela, Raya Kobo, Robit, and Shewa Robit reportedly showing little to no activity as the AFNM-imposed transportation blockade continued on election day.

Unfortunately currently #Ethiopia is the only country in the world where cadres vote, the results are printed in advance, and the only real competition is deciding the margin of victory. End #AmharaGenocide & the Genocidal #WarOnAmhara

Fano forces have taken control of a polling station and all associated election materials in Qey Amba Kebele, Gishe-Rabel Woreda, located in the Shewa sub-region of Amhara Region, on Ethiopia’s election day.
According to reports, the operation was carried out by the 25th Division of the 104th Corps under the AFNM Menelik Command. The force reportedly secured the polling station and surrounding area without resistance and subsequently entered discussions with local kebele leaders and representatives.
Video footage from the area shows local officials acknowledging and confirming that the polling station had come under Fano control. Sources indicate that all election materials at the site were seized during the takeover.
The development comes amid reports of ongoing clashes and disruptions across multiple parts of Amhara Region during the June 1 election, with Fano claiming operations across 100 fronts.
