@easyJet was meant to be on a flight from Belfast to London Stansted yesterday morning at 10.35. Checked in - then the flight got cancelled and no other options were given just a refund. It then took me 21 hours to get to my final destination and triple the cost!!!!

@British_Airways 6 weeks ago I put a claim in for delayed baggage for 4 people out of a group of 7. none of our suitcases turned up until the night before travelling home. was told I should expect a response within 10 days. It’s been 6 weeks and I’ve still heard nothing. Useless

@facebook my friends personal Facebook account has been hacked and all details changed. The pages linked to her personal account are still active though. How can she recover this? Had emailed Facebook support on Friday but no reply!

@thetrainline due to travel on sat 20th and the first part of my journey has been cancelled. It states that the ticket can be used the day before or up until the Tuesday after. Does this mean I have to change it or can I use the ticket I already have?

@parcelforce parcel meant to be delivered today, upon tracking it is saying delivery has been attempted twice but to London? Seems as if the parcel has gone all around the country today! Where is my parcel?!?!

@Hermesparcels useless! Saying the parcel has tried to be delivered 3 times... have been in every time and nothing! Now sending parcel back to the sender and that I have to contact Hermes but no where to contact. Where is my parcel?!???!
