@EmiratesSupport Without any prior notice, I discovered on the app that my flight to Dubai in 2 weeks is "disrupted." Traveling in a wheelchair isn't easy, and these kinds of incidents can ruin everything. Don't respond "send a DM". Bots don't care! No flight change, no refund. Tried everything
