I want to share with you the horrendous costumer service from @EE so no one needs to go and get a contract with them. Buckle up. This company has effectively stolen our contract and tried to replace it with even more expensive payments for an inferior product as "compensation".
I will never be dissapointed just because an error happened. Sucks, but that is life. But when the attitude of @EE has been this absolute nonsense, that's when you get dissapointed, shake your fist to the clouds and say "Im never working with you again". Goodbye EE, best of luck.
Errors happen all the time. Missunderstandings, technicallities. The main difference is how you deal with it. And this is all the wrong ways to deal with a problem of this magnitude. We work from home and this is a real problem @EE has created and put on our table for no reason.
