Things to never apologize for:
Telling the truth
Alone time
Taking a risk and failing
Saying what you want
Rest
Time with family
Taking time to prep
Your beliefs
If you did something wrong, own it. But never apologize because just someone demands it. Their problem. Not yours.
When planning your to do’s, ask yourself this question:
“Which is my current most important constraint?”
Once you have identified it, ask yourself:
“What actions do I need to take to solve it?”
As long as that’s you constraint, those actions are your to do list.
Most are so addicted poison that they literally don’t feel okay or think life is “good” without them.
Caffeine to have energy, booze to have fun, games to feel success, sugar to feel satiated, porn to feel connection, mindless social media scrolling to relieve the pain of the in between moments, weed to sleep/feel content.
NOTHING about them is real. Not a single aspect of their life happiness is controlled by them.
Their entire life experience is simply rotating from methods to trick their brain into dumping “happy” chemicals artificially.
In fact they will get upset and lash out if you even suggest their dependency on these things is 100% optional and that they can be happy without all the negatives if they stop.
“Oh but Elon musk eats doughnuts, smoking helps me be calm, what’s life without desert”
Arguments from an addict. A sugar high is more important to them than clear skin and mental acuity. They are so addicted they DEFEND their self destruction and try to make it seem normal.
All while making their energy, clarity and life experience when these are absent unbearable.
A person can wake up and get every single thing they need internally. You can 100% live a deliriously happy real life.
Most just let all these little monsters slip into their life and get their claws so deep that they have become the center of “life”.
And instead of simply giving them up to regain life, people sacrifice their health, goals, focus…everything… just to fit/keep these artificial cheap pleasures in their lives.
Sugar, getting high, drinking is more important to them than living longer, feeling good and achievement.
It’s sad and pathetic. Don’t reduce your life down to a never ending rotation of cheap chemical hits.
Treat yourself right and use your bodies chemicals to motivate you to greatness…not reduce you to dependence.
