Long Snappers,
The key to your success is confidence and consistency, not perfection.
Confidence helps you play fast, free and physical. Consistency keeps you on the field.
A confident player bounces back from a poor play and knows how to correct. Consistency flows from that confidence in yourself and ability.
Perfection is a lie. Don’t hold your standard to that.
Long snappers and parents too,
Stop chasing rankings and start seeking coaching, development and mentoring.
Those rankings mean nothing at the next level. Proper coaching, development and mentoring will greatly benefit them as they transition onward.
Long snappers,
Just know one good or bad game doesn’t define you. One good or bad snap doesn’t define you either. Things in this game and life can change very quickly. Don’t rest on success and don’t dwell on let downs. The greats keep working hard regardless, bounce back from adversity, and know how to handle the ups and downs well. Stay the course🤟
Huge thank you to all the Parents and Athletes who came out this weekend. Stay the course and remember that being a good person always prevails. #KohlsSnapping#SnapTheFlap
Daniel Carlson is 5-of-5 on game-winning field goals this season.
He is also the only kicker in NFL history to earn Special Teams Player of the Week four times in one season.
