SEE. JUDGE. ACT.
An injustice by judicial officer against one litigant is injustice against us all.
#Rule of law & Accountability #Self-represented Litigant.
@elisonk I am a Self-represented litigant, my rights to fair hearing, copy of court ruling, etc, are deliberately not observed by court. I am currently facing alot of threats yet JSC, etc, declined to receive & process my complaints. Any help to be heard on merits is highly welcomed.
@MwesigyeFranks He was informing the rightful people that we Ugandans agreed should represent us. Just imagine by you calling them S6 drop out, you undermines our constitution hon @MwesigyeFranks
@agribussiness1 There is a saying "EMPTY TINS MAKES ALOUD NOISE" she isn't one and she is performing well in all duties assigned to her. BTW no one that has ever occupied that office has been making noise that is why Kadaga rejected the offer.
@BanjaMagembe@PSSEKABIR It's easier to kill him but impossible to silence his voice even after death. People like him will surely rise again and again until death says "Am sorry, its more than enough"
@DaisyNantale@DoreenNyanjura@AloikinOpoloje I believe you have heard of S.I NO.4 of 2025 JSC Regulations. Please spare sometime to read it to get a better understanding of where I am coming from and understand what constitute abuse of judicial office. @DaisyNtale
@agribussiness1 I laughed how they cooked a successful story from my district about 1M๐ later we discovered that even the one claiming success actually recieved only 480K.
@baryamureeba I followed you today bse I learnt some lesson in this post. Hey pple, Should we tell him the lesson a Makerere University lecturer taught us?
How many senior lawyers in Uganda would do this? This is the real mentorship. Make the Junior share the win mostly in public. Allow him to take credit for the win.
@agribussiness1 When ordinary citizens protest to create awareness, they are met with brutal force to silence them, when one in power commands them, oh weldone my son. This is how cheap we have become.
@DailyMonitor Some truth are difficult to leave with and knowing that all along you lived with unknown ๐ what is very challenging is now to accept it and move on. Kindly try to forget way through it all and keep your family together knowing it had happened & nothing will change about it.
@AKasingye Would we have trusted Judiciary if it was to find KB guilty? Or would we continue to trust the state attorneys with prosecution against government enemies / "opposition ". Now we know opposition always opposes even it would not be right to do so. That's the logic
@agribussiness1 I guess your setting your bar high to discourage competitors after realising that your opponent could have not made it to Parliament due to poverty but still God made it possible.
