I understand that since early August a senior official within ODNI, and a senior DoW official involved in  directing energy technology have reported being targeted. 

These incidents involved suspect vehicles which may have contained a directed energy device.

I asked the CIA, DoW, DHS, and DNI for comment about the analysis of the device, the uptick in suspected domestic attacks, the status of DNI Gabbard's report into these incidents.

While the CIA confirmed receipt of my questions, no responses were provided. I will update if and when comment becomes available.

I asked @odni if Jay Clayton will make the public release of the report a priority. US government personnel are suffering.

Some have told me they are on the cusp of losing their homes, and vehicles because of medical debt to deal with their injuries.

Some victims report multiple attacks over a period of months, including at their government workplace and at their home.

A working theory is that the 'priming attack' confirms the target, in addition to injuring the brain.

The follow-on, or “finishing,” attacks inflict even more damage to an already weakened individual.

Experts on directed energy devices emphasize the injuries can get progressively worse over time.

For years, people reporting that they were being targeted, hearing unexplained voices or tones, feeling pressure in their head, or experiencing sudden neurological symptoms were often given the same answer: stress, schizophrenia, delusion, or mental illness.

But the public record has become much harder to dismiss.

Jesse Beltran has spent years pushing people to document what’s happening instead of automatically accepting ridicule as an explanation.

In 2020, the National Academies reviewed Havana Syndrome cases involving U.S. government personnel. It specifically said psychological and social factors should NOT be treated as the default explanation for unexplained symptoms. The committee found that directed, pulsed radio-frequency energy was the most plausible mechanism among those considered for some of the distinctive cases.

Reported symptoms included perceived sounds, intense head pressure or vibration, tinnitus, dizziness, balance problems, visual problems, headaches, nausea, cognitive deficits, and memory loss.

Even perceived sound produced by RF energy has a scientific history.

The microwave auditory effect has been studied for decades. Research shows that pulsed RF energy can produce perceived clicks, buzzing, knocking, or similar auditory sensations without ordinary sound entering through the ears. That doesn’t prove every person reporting voices is experiencing V2K or an external attack, but it absolutely destroys the argument that externally induced auditory perception is scientifically impossible.

Then Congress entered the conversation.

On May 8, 2024, the House Homeland Security Committee held a hearing literally titled:

“Silent Weapons: Examining Foreign Anomalous Health Incidents Targeting Americans in the Homeland and Abroad.”

Former DIA AHI investigator Lt. Col. Greg Edgreen testified that early reports had been dismissed as psychosomatic or “mass hysteria” and said the gaslighting of AHI survivors continued.

And on June 11, 2026, DNI Tulsi Gabbard recalled two previous Intelligence Community assessments concerning AHI/Havana Syndrome. House Intelligence Chairman Rick Crawford said those assessments had been used to discredit affected personnel and impede access to medical care.

Think about that.

People were called crazy.

People were told their experiences were psychosomatic.

Then Congress held hearings about “silent weapons,” scientists acknowledged directed RF as a plausible mechanism for some cases, and two major intelligence assessments were eventually recalled.

How many civilians were dismissed before anyone bothered to document what was happening?

How many people stopped talking because they knew what would happen if they told a doctor, family member, employer, or police officer they were hearing something nobody else could hear?

And if a person reports something extraordinary, shouldn’t the first question be “What evidence can we collect?” instead of “What label can we give them?”

We’ve scanned thousands of people reporting unusual experiences. Our goal is documentation: anomalous frequencies around a person and possible emissions within the environment.

Ridicule produces no evidence.

BBC is now reporting that the U.S. government has paid nearly $3 million in compensation to victims of Havana Syndrome.

Read that again.

Nearly $3 million.

For years, people were told this was mysterious, exaggerated, psychosomatic, impossible, or too controversial to take seriously.

Now compensation is being paid under the Havana Act.

The article says victims reported hearing low hums, clicks, squeals, grinding metal sounds, intense skull pressure, dizziness, nausea, cognitive issues, sleep disruption, and neurological effects.

That should sound very familiar to anyone following Mind Nexus.

The government may still argue over who did it, what caused it, or whether a foreign actor was involved.

But one thing is now impossible to ignore...

People were harmed.

Their experiences were real enough for compensation.

Their suffering was real enough for legislation.

Their cases were real enough for the Department of Defense to say it will continue prioritizing care for affected personnel.

So why are civilians still being dismissed?

Why are people who report similar Havana Syndrome/AHI-type experiences outside government service still ignored or told it is all in their head?

Why does credibility suddenly depend on whether someone works for an agency?

We hear from people every day reporting anomalous frequencies, pressure sensations, tinnitus, neurological disruption, sleep interference, V2K reports, directed energy concerns, and unexplained technology-related experiences.

They're not looking for attention.

They're looking for documentation.

Havana Syndrome isn't just a government employee issue.

It's a human rights issue.

If diplomats, spies, and agency personnel deserve answers, then civilians deserve answers too.
