@bookingcom I have tried and every time I am told I will receive a call back from a supervisor. I have been told this countless times over the last 48hrs and have had no call or correspondence. You can’t take someone’s money for a flight that we had no ticket for and were unable to board!!!

@bookingcom doing very well with the immediate call back from a supervisor. 28hrs and counting. Stuck in J burg airport with no call back or follow up options despite you taking our money but the airline not having us on the flight. No more flights till Fri? Help?!?!

We were supposed to fly to the Seychelles yet despite taking our money no booking existed with the airline. @British_Airways my baggage has been lost on the flight from LHR to Cape Town on 11/3 . I registered the lost bag but my email did not provide a reference number. I cannot seem to get through to anyone to find out my number.
