The reason the account almost ended up in shambles in the first place was because I kept trading a market that repeatedly showed me it wasn’t for me.

I don’t trade XAUUSD but I was so focused on figuring it out that I nearly burned through the process trying to force it. People are trading it very well and that’s impressive but growth comes from repeating what works, not what doesn’t.

It takes experience to accept that certain markets, or pairs, simply don’t fit your style. Not every market deserves your attention.

The market moves in phases.
