Ahead of CFB 27’s release, people are upset with EA’s decision to add microtransactions to the Dynasty and Road to Glory game modes.

With creators such as Bordeaux starting the #CFBPlayDontPay movement to speak out against this, Kev from @QuadTailgate is calling for a boycott of EA games until they stop with the microtransactions!

One key thing that makes the Dynasty pushback from EA creators so massive- EA leaned HEAVILY on creators this year for marketing. You may notice they just dropped all the info on one day, didn’t pay tons of random people to push the every day drops of info, EA basically relied on creators this year. Now they spat in their face by hiding the micro transactions in Dynasty during their early play period. EA basically has 2 options.
1- Piss off all their current creators and keep the micro transactions, find a bunch of new guys to do the early videos next year (lol).
2- Buckle to the creators and community and fix the issue. Then proceed business as usual for early content for CFB 28 and invite the same people who they may have pissed off enough to not work with them.
They really cornered themselves.

I honestly can’t believe that EA is ruining what truly might be the BEST College Football Game of All-Time with micro transactions in offline modes.

The game went from Mostly Positive to Mostly Negative on Steam as soon as this was discovered.
