@oratory1990 @metal571 Oh no, they do have the power to. I'm talking more about the typical time constraints at many of the gigs I do, where the engineer is often overburdened with more pressing matters.

@oratory1990 @metal571 Also on that note, I'm curious which IEM you've measured comes closest to the USound target without EQ. I've found I largely agree with the sound of your target, and something that hits it very closely without EQ would be a great buy for live use.

@oratory1990 @metal571 Thanks for the response! I asked about EQ presets with the adapter inline because I use these often for live in-ear monitoring, where EQ is often either impractical or impossible. I assume if EQ wasn't an option, the Red + adapter would be closer to USound than without?

@oratory1990 @metal571 That makes sense of course, I was just wondering how much less EQ would be needed with the adapter, or how the EQ would differ with the adapter. My primary scenario is live in-ear monitoring, where I use it without EQ in any case.
