@yeovalley I have been reading contradictory things about the presence of Bovaer in feedstocks used to produce milk for Yeo Valley. Please confirm that NONE of your products in the UK contain milk coming from farms adding Bovaer to their feed.
@marksandspencer I am very concerned that Bovaer is being added to milk products in major supermarkets. Can you confirm and reassure me that it is not used in any M&S dairy products? This includes any M&S foods that contain Arla and Muller dairy products.
@LittleHotelier I'm really disappointed with the length of time it is taking to fix bugs in your latest platform software that are preventing me from launching my booking system. It is costing me hundreds of pounds per day. Please do better for small businesses. Case #06853028
@WeAreOpenreach Disgusted with the amount of time it's taking to get fibre installed. You promised to install on May 17th & confirmed by text message. Then texted the next day to move the installation date to the end of June. Zero respect for businesses reliant on your services
@WeAreOpenreach I have already escalated this through Giganet and Openreach has flatly rejected any appeals to expedite this. Btw the link doesn't work.
@WeAreOpenreach In my opinion, by texting us with an installation date of May 18th, you are duty-bound to fulfill that. As this date has now passed, you should be required to deliver on your promise within 14 days at the latest
@WeAreOpenreach Our landlord has already given permission for civil works to go ahead. Why has it taken Openreach so long to reach out to our landlord and get permission? Businesses are reliant on fast internet, especially since Covid and your inefficiency is holding back the UK economy.
@WeAreOpenreach Openreach needs to be held accountable. Other companies are rapidly building their own fibre networks so the writing is on the wall for you guys unless you pull yourselves together and put your customers first, especially those in rural locations.
@WeAreOpenreach Giganet has done its best to bring the installation date forward, but we were just told that permission for civil works takes time. It should not take nearly three months. Disgraceful. My next step is a formal complaint to the ombudsman and then the press.
@WeAreOpenreach You agreed to come on 18 May and then, suddenly texted us the following day, moving the appointment to 12 June. The process was initiated on March 31st! How the hell does Openreach call this "supporting business"? I want someone to call me and sort this out.
@EE It’s time for a similar delay-repay compensation scheme as we have for the train network. I will be setting up a petition through https://t.co/ImrEtDyWrY. Please follow me on Twitter for more info. Thanks
@EE Atrocious service over the last 24 hours. My heart goes out to the EE staff replying on Twitter. Not you’re fault for this appalling treatment of customers who rely on EE for their businesses. The cost to the economy must have been in the millions yesterday.
@Arro_Coffee How is this not discrimination? Please follow the government guidelines on face coverings or do not open. I’m upset because my friends and I have gone out of our way to support Arro during this difficult time.
@Arro_Coffee I told him to read the government covid guidelines which say “face covering” not “face mask”. He said nothing to the lady after me with the poorly fitting mask that didn’t cover her nose and was talking while making coffee with his nose not covered by his mask.
@Arro_Coffee I am a regular customer. Today I wore a cloth face covering which completely covered my mouth and nose when ordering and then I waited outside for my drink but when I collected the coffee the barista asked me to wear a mask next time.
