And we messaged the airline with a picture of it and the dimensions and within an hour the airline replied that they can accomodate us

Big companies should have an easier time replying than 1 person

@Autodromo_Monza @Autodromo_Monza thanks for recognizing the event didn’t meet the standards. In my case the stewards at the gate refused providing assistance for my limited mobility on Friday. I tried getting help from you on Sat to attend the race, didn’t get an answer and missed the race

I’ve never felt this disrespected in my life, had to stay in the side of the road for hours and people would just stare and keep walking

When I realized nobody working at the event cared about the health or safety of fans with disabilities I decided I couldn’t go on those conditions because it simply wasn’t safe. Unacceptable.

I’ve received assistance everywhere, not as a favor but as an obligation from venues to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Now a days it’s unacceptable to limit a person’s experience due to a difference

@__SteF1 I sent you a DM about the nightmare I lived. On Friday at the gates the stewards denied assistance for my limited mobility, I stayed there for hours, never made it to my seats. I kept asking for help Sat and Sun and no one replied so I had to miss the race

I had to stay by the gates for hours without getting any help, and when I tried contacting the helpline and authorities they never even answered. I had to stay at an Airbnb yesterday after traveling from USA
