My opinion is that it currently trades this low on recession fears which makes me even more annoyed, I did not buy it 3-4 months ago when I first analyzed it.

Danish wholesaler for the construction industry, operates within plumbing, electrics, tools and small building equipment. Been looking at the company for a while but was hesitant to buy. Now it has gained a
4/5 before that +15% ROE, so it was good at generating return even before COVID and the impacts it has had on the building sector. They do have some debt, but not a lot with a 1,7x net gearing (which is net debt in percentages of equity.
2/4 little with the everything rally, but still a good value case in my opinion. They are extremely good at digitization of their legacy business in an industry where not a lot has been digitized yet. This will give them a competitive advantage in the future.
4/4 Furthermore, if the central banks are going to lower the interest rates, the value of the real estate portfolio is set to increase and they are successful in growing their rental income every year. All in all, in my opinion a value-investment with a lot of upside.
