@MamaSissieSays This is a common sign of affection in polite society. I suppose you’re more familiar with people just making out and grabbing each other.
@wil_da_beast630 I hate hearing about bodily functions at all, including the potty jokes my kids would laugh at in middle school. I especially don’t want to think about whatever “prepping ” people need to do while I’m planning dinner for my family.
@wil_da_beast630 We just need to learn to let nature take its course: it’s not morally right to kill a baby before its time but we also need to accept when to let go.
@Hitchslap1 No, 2 &3 are indicative of a functional strength that doesn’t require additional time/effort in the gym, supplements or chemical enhancements. They’re the guys who can carry heavy stuff for you without spending lots of time working on their physique.
@wil_da_beast630 It’s honestly so stupid how people have started celebrating every. single. milestone. in a child’s life as equal. Pre-k isn’t even remotely close to an accomplishment worthy of celebrating. The kid aged out of it. Congrats on keeping your kid alive long enough.
@fishstark Kids are actually not that expensive if you live a basic lifestyle. Live like you’re broke financially and your kids will be your entertainment.
@bethanyshondark My parents would have given anything to quit their jobs and take care of their grandkids, but they were in their 40s with bills to pay and retirements to fund. They’re still working to pay bills and fund retirements that may never happen.
@NinaPanickssery My parents were still working when my kids were young. They actually won’t be retired for a few more years, and may be great-grandparents by then.
@LilaGraceRose Just as it’s cheaper to euthanize a pet, the government will save a lot of money just euthanizing its sick/injured citizens. They’ve lost all value for human life. It’s just awful.
@megha_lilly Our military today is like 90 percent 18-25 year olds operating multi-million $ equipment and completing complex tasks on 4 hours of sleep, caffeine and nicotine. Kids are much more capable than most people realize.
@WallStreetApes If only these property owners had been able to rebuild already the water company could be billing them for services they were actually using. Perhaps the city should make it easier to get an expedited building permit.
@allie__voss I remember flying unaccompanied as a child and my dad being there at the gate to pick me up as soon as I got off the plane. No ticket needed to go to the gate and meet your loved ones when they landed.
@TeslaPatriot@naomirwolf Scrambled eggs take no skill whatsoever, and the only planning required for rice and beans is to keep them stocked in your pantry and buy more every couple months when you run low.
@shagbark_hick I’m not elderly, but I have three young adult kids and would happily set them and their friends up with a nice guy/girl I met and considered worthy.
@RealKhalilU@yvessirae But people can control those same habits to positively affect their mental health. Not all mental health problems can be improved by lifestyle and personal choices but a lot of them can.
@pipelineabuser I lost 30 lbs and I think it’s more my positive attitude that people appreciate. I also now look at overweight people as lacking the discipline needed to maintain a healthy weight. I judge myself by the same standard any time I slack off my diet/exercise.
