🚨Ian Wright issues strong message to the Arsenal fans following the defeat to Aston Villa:
“I’ve got to say something about the fans… When we look back at that great Manchester United team, the one thing they had was ‘Fergie Time’, the fans genuinely got behind them and got them through it.
“When you look at the amount of Arsenal fans that left the Emirates yesterday that can be very demoralising. They didn’t lose against Bayern, remember what Bayern did to us before? They came back in that game this time.
“These players need the fans to stay with them. So for them to leave like they did… It was really sad to see. Because then you’re thinking they genuinely believe that that’s it. I was really disappointed to see that.”
@rhowse_aleen And as u said and I'd like to reiterate, they lack true customer service as well. At least customer service dictates that if a customer complains, regardless what about, the first thing to do is to apologise. @cavemanwatches over to you
@rhowse_aleen Well it's quite unfortunate that service delivery in this country is someone's not taken seriously. It makes you wonder why go through all that stress.
Consumer relationship and consumer retention is almost or never a goal to some service providers.
