the only way I can interpret this vote is that congress is full of people in power using sex as leverage. Whether for status, promotions, or votes. There is *no* other reason to hide this information from the public.

I agree it sounds wacky, but to fall asleep you need to forget about your body position. These eye movements can help with that. There are new sleep technologies that are starting to incorporate rocking into the bed & they also leverage the vestibular system. More tech needed…
