A Mission: Astrophotography 🧵🪡
In high school, I always pursued astrophotography as a side hobby. Although it was fun to go out and to try to take photos of the stars, It was always very difficult with light pollution. Here is my first attempt to do astrophotography:
Before taking the photo we also had to pick a location that was dark and was not going to have any cloud cover. We cross-referenced a light pollution map with a cloud radar map. We were in business, we identified a place in the middle of nowhere an hour northwest of Gainesville.
It was amazing to work on Ally & Steve over the past weekend! Thank you so much to our cast and crew for making it possible. (Here is a frame from the short film!)
Red Crows Productions is gearing up for our next short film: 4 Ice Cubes by Donovan Gast. However, we need your support to make it possible. To help us with food during production, costumes, and set design, donate to our go fund me today!
