@Ryanair Daughters first solo trip home from Malaga ruined by your rude staff at airport. Made her pay again for her case even though they said it was ok on way out of Stansted. Why don’t you get your staff trained in manners?? Please refund the original cabin bag payment
@bookingcom If I booked the hotel through @booking.com then surely you should be refunding me not the hotel?? Someone is holding onto my cash and it’s either you guys or the hotel? And the hotel are telling me it’s you!!!!

@HiltonHotels Conrad Tulum cancelled me again at late notice for a buy out over Spring break. No genuine apology or offer of compensation. Can you imagine if it was the other way round????!!!!! Unacceptable…….
@ConradHotels Conrad Tulum cancelled me again for a buy out. Second time in 4 years over Easter/Spring break. No compensation for late cancellation from you but had it been the other way round you would have hit me with a huge fee. Not impressed at all!!!!!
