The 177,000-signature threshold has now been passed. This has now officially cleared the requirement for an Alberta independence referendum on October 19th. As I said, given the model’s forecast from May through September, rising global tensions will increase the potential for Alberta to vote for separation during the October elections.
I am personally so excited about this!
For the past year we've been going bare minimalist, not asking for donations, no website, no fancy flyers. Just two Alberta girls making their way around the province spreading the message of Alberta Independence and everything that entails. I guess we're 'official' now.
Good job, Cory!
Respectful political discourse and dialogue shouldn’t be stifled or censored.
A Wetaskiwin city councilor attempted to stop petition signing here as well.
Left wing ideologues don’t support free expression, but they are wrong time and time again.
Every year, roughly $20 billion is taken out of Alberta through equalization.
That works out to about $5,800 per taxpaying Albertan.
Your money.
Your paycheque.
Your taxes.
Then it gets sent to Liberal-voting provinces to buy votes from people who keep voting against Alberta.
Treaty 8 Grand Chief Trevor Mercredi is now saying First Nations have not given “consent” for an Alberta referendum, and may use civil disobedience, including blockades, to stop it.
In plain English, unelected chiefs are claiming they can block the people of Alberta from expressing their democratic will.
Ironically, former Premier Jason Kenney gave Alberta the tool to deal with this.
Bill 1, the Critical Infrastructure Defence Act, was passed by Kenney’s government after years of foreign-funded activist campaigns targeting Alberta’s resource sector, and after illegal blockades were used as a political weapon against highways, railways, pipelines, and major projects.
Kenney is no friend of Alberta independence, but his government understood that critical infrastructure cannot be held hostage by activists trying to shut down Alberta’s economy.
Bill 1 makes it illegal to obstruct or interfere with critical infrastructure, including highways, railways, pipelines, utilities, oil and gas facilities, and other essential infrastructure.
Using illegal blockades to shut down Alberta’s economy and stop Albertans from voting is not.
Peaceful protest is a right.
Block critical infrastructure to stop democracy?
Arrest them.
The following bands need full financial audits (I have previously revealed some of the irregularities at Fort Chipewyan):
👉Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation
👉Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation
👉Lubicon Lake Band
Threatening to block industry and highways in order to dictate control over democratic rights and democratic processes is a bad look.
It’s impossible to consult with dictators who don’t actually speak for their communities.
@ryanjespersen Do you actually believe that people are going to flee Alberta for higher taxes and more regulation in communist Canada?!
How many booster shots have you had? 😂
🚨 HOLY CRAP! SecWar Pete Hegseth just INFURIATED Sen. Elizabeth Warren with this epic line
"What I give, what you give, what others give, I'm not looking for MONEY. I don't do it for money. I don't do it for profit. I don't do it for stocks, and that's part of the reason why I'm able to be effective in this job, because no one OWNS ME!"
"No one owns this department. No one owns this president, and we can execute for the American people, and we do!" @DOWResponse
*Warren melts down* 🤣🔥
Now that the tribunal's ruling is in, Detective Helen Grus and her counsel Bath-Sheba van den Berg are free to speak.
Ottawa had two or three sudden infant deaths in a typical year. In early 2022 Grus counted six. A seventh came that same week.
She took the numbers to the Chief of Police the same day. That is the job. Within weeks she was suspended, and the tribunal found her guilty of discreditable conduct.
Hear it in their words. Full @MBStronger interview linked below.
Danielle Smith put a $400 billion price tag on Alberta freedom.
Keith Wilson’s response?
“Patent nonsense.”
He says the costs have already been studied, the federal functions are known, and Albertans should not be scared off by inflated political numbers.
🚨UNBELIEVABLE!
Retired RCMP officers were lured into a CBC program under false pretenses, then mocked for their service to Canada.
I brought forward a motion to investigate and hold the CBC accountable.
The Liberals shut down debate.
No answers. No accountability.
Shameful.
In last night’s ballot drop Spencer Pratt received ZERO votes out of 24,000. The odds of that happening are in the multiple trillions!
They’re cheating. @dojphofficial.

Canada’s confederation no longer works for Alberta. A vast country governed by population weight will always leave Alberta politically subordinate to Ontario and Quebec. With our energy, agriculture, forestry, technology, and enterprise, Alberta has outgrown this arrangement. It is time for Albertans to take control of our future and redefine our relationship with Canada.
🚨 BREAKING: Treaty 8 leaders threaten highway blockades to stop an Alberta referendum.
Ironically, Jason Kenney’s Bill 1 already made blocking critical infrastructure illegal.
Albertans have the right to vote. Democracy cannot be held hostage by highway threats.
