@AmazonHelp I was told I would receive my refund in 3days on 9/15. I reached out on 9/18, was told I would receive the refund on 9/20. This morning I was told I have to wait 3 business days again. I asked for email confirmation and reps leave the chat.

@AmazonHelp customer support has been unable to help w my refund. Item arrived at return center on 9/11. Was told be 4 different reps I would get my refund in 2-3 biz days. It’s been over 10days.

@FujifilmX_US @FujifilmUS are you planning on fixing the auto exposure stepping issues in video? Video is almost unuseable on your XT camera bodies. I just got the XT4 and it makes the awesome specs useless. My phone does a smoother exposure
