@AudiUK Bought a used 67 plate A4 12 months ago with a recall which I was not told about, nor on the GOV website. 12 months later car breaks down as a direct result of this and now your staff say you can only see this recall if you take the car for an Audi service. 🤔🤔🤔

your staff tried blaming the issue on an independent garage who "should have seen the recall during a previous service" , which contradicts the previous statement. Appalling customer service and I wouldn't think a 67 plate Audi with 24,000 miles would be made out of chocolate.
