Yes, dumbass, they are foreigners, but that is not the question. The question was whether she should get benefits because her sickness makes her incapable of working. Since she's working, paying taxes and contributing, then yes she should, no matter she doesn't have citizenship.

Otherwise you create a system where you have these people work like slaves but are not entitled to claim any benefits. Either do not allow them in and not allow them to work or give them. Since they work and pay taxes, then they should. It's as simple as that.
