@BarkBarker3@RennyGurl27@Buffbabe3 Cash for non-customer deposits. Meaning they do not accept cash from people who are not customers of the bank. Banks are not allowed to refuse cash from their customers it’s the literal law
Canada has the housing prices of New York (avg. 450K USD)
the wages of Mississippi (avg. $39,500 USD/yr)
the economy of Alabama (Real GDP $47k USD per person)
and taxes higher than all 50 US states.
@wildcatdad4272 @PaulSadusky @jjhancock24@QasimRashid Don’t waste your time trying to explain basic economic principles to NPCs, Jeff. I pray that the US doesn’t start following the same path as us here in Commie Canada. But Kamala looks like she is hell bent on doing that.
@BenedickCumback@KrujaArmando@terry_truchan@Jpupps1 Just pointing out factors that can affect approval. Other things like assets also play a role in approval. What if the person applying for the 1.1M home loan has 300k in investments or a rental property? If you ever worked in finance you would know every situation is different 😉
@BenedickCumback@KrujaArmando@terry_truchan@Jpupps1 So each scenario can have approval or refusal. Question is what other debts does the borrower have. Car payments, revolving debt like lines of credit and CC. If the 1.1M property has a rental component for instance then it might be easier than the 300k single family property
@SLB9805@KrujaArmando@terry_truchan@Jpupps1 PITH = principal interest taxes heating.
That’s what we use. Ask anybody who’s ever worked in a bank before. Utilities are not counted. Only heating costs. It’s a calculation based on square footage of the home.
@AngBonaTv@Rusty1_1 They’re not telling you that immigration is what’s propping up our economy and not actual economic growth. It’s their way of hiding their faults.
@edwood3@DustyRoseYYC@liberal_party What about the people who never worked a day in Canada receiving benefits from our government instead of people like you who worked and contributed to the economy for years?
@liberal_party Why don’t you mention the fact that if you make “too much” income at retirement they lower your OAS to zero! Even if you worked 50 years in this country. And we continue to pay for the invading horde of people coming in every day taking advantage of our ridiculous immigration law
@swearyjohnny@govt_corrupt 14.975% sales tax on everything + extra taxes on fuel and other commodities + we spend 6 months a year in sub-zero weather which requires. As a Canadian with a 6-figure income I can promise you it doesn’t go very far.
@CRAMDARKLY68@OneDadsFinance@TJIRISH53@mattgurney@KLB60 Because it disincentivizes the very people who allow the economy and markets to move forward. These are the people creating jobs and paying those taxes our government loves to spend foolishly
@howaboutnow20@epiongo@mverbora@drmikehart Only non-productive members of society hold this view.
People make good career decisions and sacrifice their time to strive for a well-paying career. They should be incentivized instead we have fools who say “tax the wealthy they have enough🙄 this is what’s wrong w/ 🇨🇦
@Gaige_Rage@Krnconnection@nflrums Except you can work at your job for 40+ years and the lucky few in the league will have 5+ years of income….. they should be spending 8x less than you even if you make 900k a year yourself. Math is fun! 🙄
Serious question from the uninformed:
I was under the impression that Israel was a highly armed civilian population. Has this changed ? I am seeing so much heartbreaking video of unarmed civilians..
