California continues to take action in beautifying our state and protecting local environments, cleaning litter from roadsides like this one in San Jose. 🚮
So far this year, @CaltransHQ has conducted 11,208 Clean California events across the state.
Since launching this initiative in 2021, we've removed more than 2.5 million cubic yards of litter from roadsides and communities – enough litter to stretch from San Diego to Canada.

Topanga Canyon Blvd is OPEN🥳
Crews reopened the roadway this weekend after Topanga Canyon Blvd had been closed due to a major slide btwn Grand View Dr and PCH. Expect one-way traffic control during non-peak hours as crews will continue with some items of work. Drive safely!
Topanga Canyon Boulevard will reopen 3 months ahead of schedule, on Sunday, June 2!
