Way to go @BillClinton explaining the very simple truth: what would you do if Hamas came to kill your family? All western leaders should watch and learn from this respected statesman who committed his life trying peace with the Palestinians. He now gets it. Do you?
@sciqst Many established centres with clinical programs in Neonatal Hemodynamics and Targeted Neonatal Echocardiography (NHTNE) do have standardized imagining protocols + standardized pathways for clinical management. These assets can be important contributors to high quality of care.
Do you request a TNE consult if a baby becomes critically ill? Maybe you should!
Hemodynamics consultation is associated with 25% lower overall mortality.

It’s been a very difficult four days. 😥The acts of horror committed against Jews in #israel have left in their wake feelings of stress, fear, and anger. I don’t have any wise or philosophical reflections to share. I pray that my family remains safe and that #life prevails. 💙
Consider helping emergency services in Israel like @AFMDA who need our support helping the victims of terrorism during this critical time.

@Sageenissimov@Dr_AmishJain Congrats Sagee! Treatment with norepi confers a survival advantage compared with dopamine among adults with septic shock.. your study suggests a similar association in neonates. Looking forward to the eventual results of the prospective national comparative effectiveness study!
Please to share the results of our recent investigation are out. Not definitive but a start, for generating evidence in prem neonates. Also the background for our Canadian group's ongoing CER study comparing DA to NE for sepsis related hypotension.
