Helen McEntee had the time to make a public statement saying that she signed the commencement order necessary to enact this new law today, but she didn't have the time to actually publish the commencement order!

According to McEntee, this new law (which I have no intention of obeying) came into effect today, December 31st, but as of 11.08pm tonight, the order has not been published.

The level of contempt these criminals have for the Irish people knows no bounds.

No doubt they will publish the order tomorrow, but current record of the status of the statutory instruments page below.

During a recent meeting in a #Westport housing estate severely impacted by #Pyrite, Seamus Maye, founder of the International Small Business Alliance, confronted Minister @Alan_Dillon about the origins of the defective block scandal.

Maye alleged that the cement, concrete, and quarrying sector—dominated and controlled by Cement Roadstone Holdings (CRH)—is responsible for the crisis. He pointed to the company's significant influence in the construction materials industry.

CRH, the largest construction materials company globally, reported revenues of $34.9 billion in 2023, underscoring its extensive market reach and financial power.
