I few weeks back I made my first submission to a game jam! The theme was “here it comes” and I ended up being inspired by Dispatch’s hacking mini-game. https://t.co/MrcjIDuhaF
The whole "we used ai at the start of the creative process oh but dont worry human hands made this game at the end of it!" is such a missing the forest for the trees thing that game devs are either blissfully unaware or intentionally obtuse about. And it's now becoming common.
Can we stop with this "at least it's not-" shit. The environment is still damaged, the water is still polluted, the price of energy still goes up, and the artistic process is still tainted. I don't and YOU shouldn't gaf how much or little it was used, damage is done regardless.
Guy was a dumbass who got mad because the city told him he couldn't dump raw sewage onto his neighbor's property, welded a bunch of shit to a bulldozer, did literally nothing besides destroy "private property" then got stuck like the dumbass he was and shot himself.
