@BackintheBronze It's the opposite to me for Gambit and venom. Gambit was insufferable until Kelly Thompson got her hands on him. Venom was bland and uninteresting in more or less everything until Flash became Agent Venom
@ffxviJinboy@AndresPlays93@dragonage I can only speak to DA:O, but it was certainly a much shallower RPG than Bioware's own BG2. The combat just suffered a lot from the bland repetitive enemies, and from some poor area design. The combat mechanics were way too limited as well. The Origins were cool, though.
@Icarus7000@Comrade_Bullski cmro is not perfect but quite well ordered until 2015. It's as good as it can be until 2005, but the final pass after that is still ongoing.

@Comrade_Bullski@AnneComics It lost a lot of steam as it went along, but what hasn't after such a long run, and it was probably the most consistent Ultimate series until the end.
@Comrade_Bullski@AnneComics I only read it a few years ago after reading the whole of 616 Spider-Man up to JMS, and it was great. A really excellent refresh of Peter Parker, and still what I'd recommend as an intro for new Spider-Man readers.
@Comrade_Bullski@ImperiusWrecked Fen, Dorma, Namora, Namorita, the advisor guy whose name currently escapes me, and the people from the Byrne run. Oh, yeah, and Betty Dean. Is there anyone else of note?
@Comrade_Bullski Stern/Buscema is a tiny bit better, apart from the way it was cut short. Under Siege is still the best Avengers story arc, and Monica Rambeau the best Captain Marvel.
