@British_Airways Have tried calling 6 times yesterday and today, each time have been disconnected after an hour on hold to reschedule an Avios flight for the 17th. The outage would be understandable if customers were able to get through and rebook ahead of it.

I have been on hold for over 5 hours to try to change a date on a flight booked with Avios. @British_Airways really dropped the ball by preventing online rebooking and not putting enough staff on leading up to talking their rewards system offline for a week at a really busy time.
