The link you have embedded only gives me the options to read through pre-decided issues. When I go to my account is on hold, it says to reach out to customer service and when I do that, there are only 4 options, (chatbot- designed to not help) none of them helps me.
@amazonIN Apparently, your system has detected some suspicious activity on my account and without any communication, you decided to block my account, interesting! When i reach out to your customer service, they give my an email id to send my concern and that email never responds!

Also, in the last 12 years that I have been using @amazon in india, this is the first time your customer service has really not serviced the customer. The @amazonnow store near my home has messed up so many orders yet believing in @AmazonHelp, I thought they were actually looking
But I humbly request you to not kindly not discard it and return it, that will mean a lot. The airlines didn't take me to the place where it's kept. I again request you to please look into this.
@aaipunairport I would like to make a request. I am flying on the flight no. IC1377 to GOX. In my check in luggage, there was a zippo lighter which holds a lot of sentimental value to me, as it was a gift by my Father-in law. I understand the rules that it is a restricted item

An international brand. Nevertheless, the reason I had to go through such a torture is because my complaint has been closed without any resolution, information, or confirmation from me. Hopefully I can get a resolution through this channel since email and call has been futile.
@IndiGo6E what's wrong with you? One delayed flights, miscommunication about baggages on arrival, rude staff. @JM_Scindia you have defined an unruly passengers for airlines but when the airline staff is unruly there is no law. @DGCAIndia you need to do something about this.
@help_delhivery Absolutely pathetic experience with two deliveries. Made to chase to get my deliveries for 2 days, lying, rude, abusive delivery executives. And there is no number to call for instant resolution. Is this how delhivery services itโs clients?
