I really don't see the point of reducing the annual mileage allowance of motability, doesn't help anyone in the long term, just penalises those that have to make extra journeys taking them over the limit.

The lease is the same regardless, the only difference is that the claimant pays the advanced payment out of their own pocket to get a higher spec, this money is non-refundable.
