On the flip side, "Magyk" by Angie Sage is a fun 'longer' kids book that has some unique world building that uses some older literary devices. Might be a good pallet cleanser

@Krekkov An elf falling during battle, his dwarven battle mate stands over him, a great blow bring him to his knees over him... pushing the soft elf right into the dwarven kilt, musky balls and sausage passed into his face. The dwarf calls it a battle accident, the elf however... 😶‍🌫️
