Stakeholders can be frustrating if you believe it’s their job to give you the input that’s suited to your needs. A better approach: assume it’s YOUR job (as a designer or PM) to extract their goals & wisdom in an efficient & respectful way, then translate as you need to.

Some fun facts. The original design was 216 pixels tall. That makes four 54 pixel rows… great! However, I found I could make the bottom row shorter by 3 pixels. It was at the edge of the device, so it was easier to target. Each of the other rows benefitted from an extra pixel.

@edishungry @FedEx A fraudster used Fedex to send a box to some random address in my city, used that tracking number as ‘proof’ I had received what I paid for. Google it, it’s becoming a wide spread con and fedex enables it by refusing to verify the address a ‘package’ was sent to matches the order

@VVh1sp3r Yep, ‘y’all’ and ‘folks’ are my go to. I’m fine with ‘guys’ personally but I tend to avoid it as some don’t feel comfortable with it.
