Spanish Medical Conference Features Presentation on PSSD for the First Time
Some say PSSD is only discussed in English-speaking countries.
That’s changing...
Last weekend in Madrid, a medical conference featured a presentation on PSSD. Carmen @PSSDnomorelove, a Spanish patient who has lived with the condition for 11 years, shared her story.
It’s the first time PSSD has been addressed at a medical/scientific conference in Spain.
Carmen has since been invited to write about PSSD in a Spanish medical journal.
Awareness of this devastating condition is growing - step by step....
🚨 Study Announcement

When Post Finasteride Syndrome (PFS), Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD), and other drug-induced conditions are finally recognized and treated for what they are - devastating, iatrogenic injuries - it must forever change the standard of how medicine responds to patient harm.
No one should ever have to fight this hard, suffer this long, or sacrifice their privacy on such a deeply personal and intimate issue just to get help for something a doctor caused. The fact that victims of these syndromes are forced to investigate their own condition, build their own communities, and beg for basic acknowledgment from the very system that injured them is a damning indictment of modern medicine.
It is not just failure. It is abandonment. It is betrayal.
And when justice finally comes, it must come with a reckoning, so that never again can the people entrusted with healing hide behind ignorance, deny responsibility, and leave the wounded to fend for themselves.
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” is a fucking lie…
Some things don’t kill you
they change you.
They leave scars.
They steal innocence.
They demand years of recovery.
And that’s the truth no one wants to say.

If you get a chance, please watch and share this video. Medication-induced akathisia is a silent catastrophe, far more widespread than most prescribers would have us believe.
One day the true scale of this horror will be impossible to ignore, and people will look back on this modern-day barbarism as we now look back on lobotomies - in disbelief that the medical system could fail to see something so devastating right in front of their eyes.
Since 1995, antidepressants have driven nearly $200 Billion in global revenue for Pharma. Yet during that period, rates of poor mental health & disability have significantly worsened; especially in regions where ADs are heavily prescribed. Make of that correlation what you will.
@hanna_pssd@TudorDixon@joannamoncrieff That’s the problem. None of us were given informed consent before taking these drugs. Most if not all people would reject psyche meds if they were given honest information about what these drugs do to the body and mind.
@againstgrmrs There is a similar study that is about to be published, which shows that SSRIs and similar antidepressants can cause irreversible penile fibrosis. The @US_FDA was sued in May for failing to require warnings about Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (#PSSD).

"There is a group of people that once they have antidepressants [...] they get the sexual dysfunction and it never comes back. So you've taken away one of the joys in life, which is sex."
@DrHoenderkamp discusses Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (#PSSD) with @drdavidbull on @TalkTV.
@MailOnline@rcpsych and its President, @DrLadeSmith , have totally ignored this >30yr-long medical scandal.
PSSD is unresearched, unquantified and untreatable.
The medical establishment are totally fine with this.
'Pills killed my sex drive for ever': Roy has no libido, pleasureless orgasms and is facing a future without relationships or children - because he took antidepressants without knowing the risks... https://t.co/W5ZlLj8vld
