@Positron3d We had a similar issue , total of 3 months on an X1C that was a door stop week after receiving . Communication over “ support “ tickets took weeks for responses only to misunderstand the issue . In my case it was 3 months , 4 wrong repair parts sent before I was able to print .
@M3DMprints@prusa all day long , 24x7 support ( actual support not a support ticket that sits for weeks with no help ) no proprietary closed loop system , work horse machines that work everyday all day . No worries about spool sizes , types of spools , bad feeders etc …
@BambulabGlobal ticket submission is a joke hoping one day you will get a response is so unprofessional 3 month old machine sits as a door stop Errors on start up and rollers completely deteriorated. Submitted ticket 2 weeks ago , No response #bambu#fail#3dp#3dprinted#fdm

@BambulabGlobal throwing a Hail Mary out here with hopes to get a response . We had sent request for B2B business purchase tax exemption, got one reply on Dec 4 for verification and never heard back . We have sent 22 emails since and resubmitted 6 times no response , any help ?
