@_Waffle_Bandit_ if you play semi well, you would never actually lose the thermals if you could insure it and bin it in a second or stick it into your bum. they are OP equipment that have a price and requirement that reflect their overpowered state. High reward requires high risk.
@_Waffle_Bandit_ So number 1 I'm sorry to hear that, but doesn't change it 😅
And number 2 yes because the supply ppl had horded has disappeared. it's not meant to be a common thing you see, hence why less in the chain. Insurance reason is
because it's a low supply expensive strong item.
@_Waffle_Bandit_ You are just scared to lose stuff.
Having it not be in secure container gives the incentive to bring a better kit to be able to survive.
Creates incentive to fight people as they can't shove up their bum to hide it.
Ammo not being in secure is good for supply and reward for kil
@therealsol4ra@gabefollower I believe it's about the major retailer for games (steam) being able to set prices for the other stores. and you don't get to choose not to put it on Steam. that's the majority of the market, hence why they want to crack down on it and give more real competition.
@MisterCask@Aetherston_ Tv remotes work by shooting an ir signal that only activates when you press a button. you can't have that with a controller that you are pressing multiple buttons at the same time and actively, which chews through battery. now batteries in the 80s sucked and the tech wasnt there.
@teriyay0@OffFent@xTerotex The 32gb of ddr5 ram is crazy in 2026. Costs almost as much as the GPU.
also you got great specs, mine are considered not the best
I'm running an i7-4770k with 16gb DDR3 ram 😅. what you are running is literally what's considered some of the best for tarkov, x3d chip is gold
@SmallsBigmanz@AirwingMarine@AintTheBabyGap Compare to Javelin. Vanguard is always on and doesn't launch only when the game executable launches but on windows boot prior to user programs. So even when you ain't running the game, the anticheat is running.
Vang checks the system files other does profiling but both are kernel
@Gustronic_@SwiiLive Not really. 1. you can buy ai models for cheaper if you are trying to impress sharehodlers and you'd have more of budget if you want to impress studios. 2.depends on license, some are perpetual, some are not. why pay for a model when AIs cheaper and it's just temp. ethics aside🤣
@Gustronic_@SwiiLive It'd be an issue for licensing a placeholder asset, I see it being a lot of hoops for little use.Purple texture is iconic and is better to see but AI is just easier for visualisation and doesn't require licensing the author, the negative being it's AI and if they forget to remove
@robinsonroyf@Cubicname43@ShitpostRock2 Tbh no fkn clue how the law works when it's part of gov sector. XD but they usually use VBS for training anyway which is a spin of Arma anyway 😂
@MistakenFloda@AirwingMarine@Double6D_VT No he just doesn't want it catered around people who burn out within 4 raids..... In tarkov. That's genuinely a joke to burn out that quickly and imo reasonable to not cater towards that style of community when the game isn't that way.
