@gearhartpkmn @CCG_Benji @Wet_Goose It could have just been as simple as he panicked and picked up the card seeing his mistake. This is the issue. This is why you don't know how much information was given and was the game state misrepresent. Was this communicated to the judge? We won't know.

It should have been left to the judge and shouldn't have been picked up before that point. Even if the result or judgements would have been the same. You misrepresent you took a extra game action.

@gearhartpkmn @CCG_Benji @Wet_Goose 2/3 Like if we were to do enhanced hammer, you could just put the energy back on the pokemon and choose the card to return to the deck and continue playing. The result of playing the card is on the card. There is only one step. The result of playing the card is always the same.

@gearhartpkmn @CCG_Benji @Wet_Goose 1/2 In term of you have rolled the dice and had a result. Please don't get confused. I am not saying he couldn't have picked it up again, If the judge had asked him to and invalidate the result. That is why I said it's not simple card to reverse like that.

@The_Yukarii @daviddaritan @CCG_Benji @Wet_Goose You are correct in order to reverse the gamestate the hammer should be in hand. But it can't be reversed because the hammer has been resolved. Crushing hammer can not be reversed like that if you have already flipped. It should have been left on the board for the judge.

@CCG_Benji @Wet_Goose 2/2 If the effect has been resolved it is a bigger problem. Because you can't reverse the gamestate effectively. The hammer had been played. Also the judge does not have full/correct information of the board and what happened if the hammer had been returned to hand.

@CCG_Benji @Wet_Goose 1/2 I honestly feel like the problem is not the unfair stamp. It's the crushing hammer being played, resolved and then apparently returned to hand.

Because the card has been played already. If so it should have been left on the table. So the judge can see fully what happened.

@kirikapokeca @Nataliem9999 So then a failure to keep game state. Nothing should have been returned to hand before the judge had arrived. Even if accidental.

Though we don't know everything about what was said. If true the referee made a bad call but we don't know what was said at the table. Imo

@tribenine_en At this point I would rather you take what you have, develop it into a normal game with no gacha elements. Release it as a normal game. The story and characters were the best part.

@azulgg Again though, in major tournaments: Leagues, cups, regionals etc. You should always cut or shuffle. It's better to be safe then sorry. But that doesn't mean blaming players, honest play or trusting other.

@azulgg I am taking that this post is trying to be ironic and try to spark conversation. Since we all know that cheating doesn't always have to do with shuffling for example palming cards. Also that we all abide by the code of conduct.
